Snyder, who has been UB's starting quarterback the past two seasons, announced Tuesday on his social media accounts that he will transfer to Eastern Michigan for his final collegiate season.
Snyder, a Southwestern graduate, had offers from Eastern Michigan and Vanderbilt, and had also visited Syracuse. He entered the transfer window for the second time since 2021 after UB's season ended in November.
UB has faced Eastern Michigan four times in the last six seasons, including a 50-31 UB win in September 2022 and a 24-11 loss in November at UB Stadium. It is uncertain whether UB will face Eastern Michigan this fall. the MAC will announce each school's future opponents in late January and release the full 2024 schedule in late February.
