HOUSTON, October 11, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Encino Environmental Services (“Encino”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lemos Labs, a leading provider of source emission testing services based in Butler, Pennsylvania. Founded in February 2013, Lemos Labs has strengthened its presence in the Northeast US, primarily through stack testing and engine testing services.
