CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – MercyOne Medical Group is pleased to welcome Nicholas Bingham, MD, to MercyOne Bluebell Road Occupational Health. Dr. Bingham will also oversee care at MercyOne Oelwein Occupational Health.

Dr. Bingham received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria in 2004 and his Master of Science in Occupational & Environmental Health from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas in 2007. Medicine at the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler in 2008. Dr. Bingham worked at the Heartland Clinic in St. Joseph, MO, from 2008 to 2012 and at Methodist Occupational Health & Wellness in Ankeny from 2012 to 2015. He worked as the Medical Director and Occupational Medicine physician at Medical Associates Urgent Care in Clinton from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Bingham has been with Mercycare Occupational Health & Wellness in Cedar Rapids since 2016.
Dr. Bingham began pursuing his medical degree at the age of 40. “I returned to medicine to pursue a career that would be constantly challenging,” said Dr. Bingham. “I chose MercyOne because of their commitment to expanding the team of medical experts who provide health and wellness solutions to employers in Iowa. I look forward to meeting current and new clients as soon as possible.”
