We define digital convergence as the integration of physical, digital and human resources resulting in integrated digital and physical ecosystems. This is the future of business and it requires talented people who can lead it successfully.

Humanities education, combined with experiential learning, will become the “The X Factor” for D'Amore-McKim.
Humanitarian is the integration of human, technological and data literacy. We will be able to foster humanities education in D'Amore-McKim students and alumni by focusing on three interdisciplinary learning literacies:
- Human competencies such as creativity, ethical reasoning, cultural flexibility, collaboration and systems thinking.
- Understanding the ways in which technology operates and impacts global business now and in the future is also critical to success in the digital economy.
- People who can manage its flow datacapture the potential value of data using the right approaches and then develop ideas that are likely to stand out.
Based on the foundations of humanistic and experiential learning, there are three distinct mindsets –global, entrepreneurial and lifelong learning— that strengthen the support structure for the D'Amore-McKim vision. These distinct mindsets play to our strengths. They enrich everything we do.
