Multnomah County provides low-cost family health care at seven locations. We provide care to all Multnomah County residents, including those who are low-income and uninsured.

Pharmaceutical, dental and WIC services are also available in some locations. All locations have someone who can help you apply for Oregon Health Plan.

Cost
Affordable sliding scale fees. This means that fees for services are adjusted according to a person's income. No one receives care due to inability to pay.
We accept many insurances. If you don't have insurance, we can help you apply for coverage through the Oregon Health Plan.
We can also see if there are other medical assistance programs you may qualify for. Ask the staff for details.
Languages
Many clinics have staff who speak Spanish and other languages. Interpretation is available for:
- Spanish
- Russian
- Ukrainian
- Mandarin
- Cantonese
- Vietnamese
- And over 50 other languages
Interpreters will be scheduled when the appointment is booked.

Urgent Care
For life-threatening emergencies such as:
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Stroke
- Bleeding that won't stop
- Head injuries
- Poisoning
Call 911 for paramedics/ambulance or go to the emergency room.
People with serious illnesses appear first in the emergency department. Unless you're there for something life-threatening, it can take hours to see. Open all day and night, every day of the week.
