The Human Services program strives to provide a holistic educational experience for our students, preparing them for a career in social change by providing the theoretical and skills-based background necessary for practice and research. Consistent with CSSH's Experiential Liberal Arts emphasis, our students combine Northeastern's core focus on experiential learning, based on cooperative education, with the rigorous study of society, culture, politics, and ethics in a mutually reinforcing manner.
