Video captures flooding and submerged cars in the northeast

Severe flash flooding submerged towns and roads in the northeast after thunderstorms and showers hit the region overnight. Multiple water rescues took place over the weekend as some cities continue to face nearly 10 inches of rain in 12 hours.
